Spring
Summer
Fall
Winter
The seasons here in New England are very distinctive, very pronounced – no subtle nuances, no seamless blending. March does come in like a lion but yields to daffodils trumpeting spring. To plant or not plant in mid May –is ol Jack Frost done with us yet? Peonies in June, corn in July, and the long sultry days of August. Indian Summer arrives but is upstaged by those signature colors or red, orange and yellow that herald fall in New England. First snowstorms are a delight, but early February Nor’easters are dreaded. Ah those seasons. But we wouldn’t have it any other way.
Fairview Gardens also changes with the seasons. The set-up changes, the decorations change, what we offer changes, the landscape changes. We could give you a detailed account of these changes, but we think you would enjoy a pictorial visit even more. So, just click on Spring, Summer, Fall, or Winter and enjoy the Tour!
